Remote testing

Sending a remote assessment to a client is easy with MOXO. Simply choose the remote option when creating a new test. Make sure that you enter the client’s correct email address. Once all details are entered and you press save, a link will be sent to your client's inbox. This link will be available for 45 minutes, so please coordinate with your client to ensure they are ready with a quiet environment and appropriate computer setup. Let your client know that s/he should close all background applications running on the computer, such as WhatsApp, Email, etc. prior to beginning.

Observation can be conducted by either yourself (via computer camera or additional video device) and/or by someone present in the room. If observation is done by someone else make sure to instruct them on how to conduct the observation:

• Use the observation form sent over email
• Sit diagonally behind the examinee
• Don’t to interfere or assist
• Send the observation form back to the clinician
