How do I clean the cache?
- Click on the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar or CTRL+Shift+Delete.
- Select “More Tools”.
- Select “Clear browsing data”.
- A dialogue window will appear, providing you with a list of checkboxes for the types of information that you wish to have removed.
- Select the “Basic” tab
- Select “Time range” and from the drop-down menu Select “All Time”
- Select option “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files”
- Click on “Clear data”
- Then Close and re-open Chrome and login to the account and try again to perform an assessment.
