Assign a test
You can add a test either from the dashboard or from the client page.
Once you add their information, you can go to where their name appears and add a test.
Please remember to fill in all the information and indicate whether it is going to be a remote or in-clinic test. Please remember to click save. Once you add a test, it is ready to be run.
When it comes to running a test:
- If the link says "test," it means an in-clinic test. Once you click on "test," you will see a white window popup appearing on the screen saying, "The test will begin shortly, but before we start, we just want to make sure your computer and headphones are working properly." Then, you need to click on "Proceed."
- If the link says "invite," it means a remote test. Once you click on "invite," you will see a green window popup appearing on the top right corner of the screen, indicating that an email was sent with instructions and a link to start the test. Please note that the link will be valid for completing the assessment for 45 minutes from the moment the email is sent.
